Services Offered

SpeedMove Logistics provides logistics and supply chain solutions, including but not limited to:

  • PTL (Part Truck Load) & FTL (Full Truck Load)

     

  • Express Cargo Delivery

     

  • Multimodal Transport (Surface, Rail, Air)

     

  • Door-to-Door Delivery

     

  • e-commerce & Retail Logistics

     

  • Warehousing & 3PL Services

     

All services are subject to availability, feasibility, and agreement terms.

Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through official communication channels.

  • Rates and delivery timelines will be provided before shipment confirmation.

  • Any change in the nature, weight, or volume of the cargo must be communicated in advance.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking or via service-level agreements.

  • Invoices are due as per agreed timelines. Late payments may attract penalties or service interruptions.

Cargo Responsibility & Liability

  • SpeedMove Logistics takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your shipment.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, traffic, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.

  • Customers must ensure that goods are properly packed, labeled, and declared accurately.

  • We do not carry prohibited items, illegal goods, hazardous materials (unless declared), or live animals.

Insurance

  • Cargo insurance is not included by default.

  • Customers may request insurance coverage at an additional cost.

  • In case of loss or damage, claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any applicable administrative or cancellation charges.

Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:
